Artificial computer intelligent human

<BACK TO EPs LIST

>first 3 EPs have free downloads, EPs 4-8 free downloads forthcoming

Another “polar vortex” and I’m sheltering in place in the studio culling through old recordings I started and newer finished to unearth another hard drive EP.

Number 5 is a mixed bag of 2016 and 17 with some later material. Similar to the first 4 eps, in delivery and approach. More songs than a typical ep, but has some short ones, and is only just over 30 minutes without counting 1-2 remixes.

Still mostly rough drafts and idea floating. Some I might revisit again later. Until then, I hope you enjoy these tracks as I learn and build my way forward.

I was feeling like another nature EP cover instead of more drawings, and the cover photo happened to be one of the first images that caught me eye. Partly because it’s not the best picture, but it felt right at the time, a blinding bright warm light that I was missing in the cold ass northeast foothills of Orange County New York. I remember that I liked the rock, probably why I snapped it. I might have liked the cleavage plane. The rock was off trail as I recall, but might have been trail side. It was definitely in San Diego on the La Jolla Band of LuiseƱo Indians land, who were building a mountain bike park. I built the top mile of the green trail (Bear Gulch) before leaving to come back home to New York.

I wanted to call it Artificial c…i… Humanist (or ism), but went with human instead.

Expect some remixes of this material, especially audio levels as many of these tracks were not mastered. Listening is best served by engaging with the volume and sub knob and/or an EQ to suit your taste if you have one.
